sounds like a frequency is distorting your audio.

i would try a dissimilar ringtone and encounter if information technology is the same.

since you do non have that effect with other music or videos, the frequency that the ringtone is emitting could verywell be a soft spot on the device speakers.

endeavor that and report back.

if this is a solution, please mark as then, and offer kudos.

cheers

So if a frequency is distorting it, why does information technology but happen when the telephone rings and not when I play it through speakers normally? What difference does it make? Basically, what I'thousand saying is: The MP3 file that's being played is ONLY having an issue when someone CALLS me.

It doesn't practise that with some of the other songs I have on here. I just don't empathize; it's logical that it would do this *regardless* of whether or not I'm getting a call.

And yeah, it doesn't do that with all music. Simply some of the MP3s. And unfortunately they but happen to be my favourite to utilize, just I can't considering it sounds awful. Cheers for the help and then far though. Maybe there's a way around this... Has something to do with how it's played when it receives a phone call maybe?

accept you tried to change the ringtone, then have it band, then try to change it back to the ringtone you want to encounter if perhaps it was just an issue that fashion?

it doesnt make much sense otherwise that you tin can play the same file total boom and it plays fine, and then when it rings, distorts.

Yep, tried that, it doesn't do annihilation...

Information technology doesn't actually matter if it's total boom or not, there are ripples in the sound. I recall something is really, incorrect with the telephone or the way information technology perceives the file or something.

I start noticed this a few months ago, and just ignored it and figured... what the hell. Not really of import. I tried at half volume, and weird breakage in the audio.

Like yous said, it doesn't brand sense. And I don't sympathize why information technology's similar that, either.

*sigh* I guess all I can practise is kudos you for the aid, regardless of solving this.

thanks.

sorry there is no direct fix for this.

most likely is a challenge in the algorythm taking the file and making it work when the phone rings.

i know that while i practice non become baloney, my phone sometimes rings warply. :/

still a corking unit. maybe endeavor to become used to another ringtone.

or, really, why non try to convert information technology to another format that the phone tin utilize?

what format is the ringtone in?

is your phone upto date?
this sounds like an sometime bug that's been ironed out..

its possible that the interference is downwardly to damaged/degreded speakers and the incoming bespeak is causing it, kinda like it does with older stereo systems

@Cero
It'southward a good phone, truthful. The file is MP3. These songs, are also korean. Perchance it has to practice with how they're encoded.

@Matthew
I've had the phone for a few months (okay, non a few, about eight-nine to exist exact. It'south upgraded to PR 1.two.

@Both
The songs are korean, if that makes any departure. The encoding might be something that might affect it.
Now, information technology can't be due to damaged or degraded speakers. Because as mentioned before, the speakers function fine and information technology but happens when an incoming phone phone call causes the file to play. I have not had any issues with other songs except for, like 3 out of xl so far that I've got here. It also doesn't affair if I lower the book of the ringtone down to minimal levels. In that location'south still a soft "ZZZ" rip in the audio, which is directly proportional to the volume of that ringtone. I've got other korean songs, merely they don't do this--not even at highest volume.

So it doesn't make much sense, to say they're damaged or degraded.

All of my music is 320kb.

I volition effort to downgrade it and see if that has any effect on it.

Question: Why would information technology thing what kilobytes it runs at?

Edit - Nope. No success with it. Makes no difference.

*Are you mistaken or still you are in PR one.2 ? I think better to update it to PR 1.iii. Apply Nokia Software Updater.

**And are you enabled vibrating when phone rings? If and then disable it and try.

***Bitrate is a expert indicate. Information technology affects. Dont know how to explain it.

Anyhow practice you have whatsoever "MP3" converters? Convert your MP3 to 128kbps using that. Net downloaded MP3s sometimes dont co-operate normally with mobile devices. So you have to catechumen information technology.

(Merely an idea. Promise itll work.)
